I agree he followed the rules. You said pick as many numbers as you want. So yes he won not his fault that it was a flawed system.

He did not win by way of default.. By choosing every number doesnt make you a winner. I was implying you can choose multiple numbers, not all numbers.. completely different. Thus, the system is now flawed, nor corrupt.

Implying he can choose multiple numbers without stating "not all numbers", allows him to choose every multiple number between 1-1000, thus making your number guessing system easy to win.  However, you can just troll him and say no you cannot have the account, basically scamming him.  Butttt, doing this confirms your system is flawed since you scammed him!!!  I will call the po po if he doesn't win.

IMO, I suggest you should change the "Pick a number between 1 - 1,000" > (Pick ANY NUMBERS from 1 - 1,000).
And cancelling the second statement (You can guess multiple numbers)
It should solve any misunderstanding.
