go to a bank office in your town and ask information about a prepaid visa card.

Yeah as Max said they're not really the same thing (I have no idea what you're using) but prepaid credit cards will usually be mastercard or visa. If it is one of those then try adding the card to your paypal and if that works you may be able to add the balance.

Another more certain way is to get a paypal green dot card. Pay with cash and add funds directly to your acc. There's a fee tho, but you might determine that it's worth it...

You should be careful, i mean it's up to you at the end of the day what you do. But people might try take advantage of it, and post about member in hope to get it free from you, since you have done it on separate occasions
