Since you have only 600k gigas, your only option for money making is going to be playing lv 172 and selling the armor pieces from the red boxes. Once you get enough money to buy something valuable, you can start "merching", but merching is a bit more risky and unreliable, especially with such a small community (in comparison to games like runescape or smth).
There will hopefully be an update within the next few months that will make it so that elektra parts, and other higher level parts, are actually worth gigas when selling them to the store. But unfortunately, rumor has it that this update won't be here any time soon, so for now your best bet is to play 172.
If you don't mind me asking, why do you need 10m? 10m is relatively low and won't buy you very much. If you're wanting something in particular, I might give it to you for free to help you out, depending on how expensive it is.
