There is no file editing, and/or hacking involved in this. It's just where low server is bugged, and i've mentioned it before. But just going to clarify now, am i allowed to play 172 as a level 1 or not? I mean it's completley legitimate just happens to be the game is bugged so that the damage given isn't nerfed at all upon level difference on low server.

P.s low server exp is what high server exp SHOULD BE.

nah, cause i am lvl 119 and need 10k 1 lvl , and getting 200 exp , not alot
but later when i am 200 it will be mch harder to lvl..
