So need some advice, my Internet is wired. And it shows enthernet unidentified network. Any solutions to fix this? Thanks.

It could be the port issue. Are there alternative ports you can plug it into?

hmm.. very interesting.

Perhaps double check the troubleshoot option on the connection icon? It sounds simple, but sometime sit really does give the best results (You might have tried it already haha, if so, give it one more shot! )

It's 6am, i would of just rang up my local shop otherwise just thought i'd ask here as i'm impatient to wait 3 hours, when i've got work again tonight.

don't go to your local shop for that just go on a tech forum or browse the internet on how to fix this problem

i wasn't going to go there, and i meant local tech shop and ring them.

Strange it wouldnt give you an error message, or something suggesting an issue. So everything was just Green ticks?

Nope, just said reset modem which i did several times so wasn't much help.
