Fail. This wasn't a bug fix. It was well known for a long time that the gun had a +13 bullet recharge. Not happy but no complaining. At least be honest with real nerfs.

I'm not even kidding. When Tricky told me it had +13 recharges I called him a liar. I went into the file and noticed he was right and immediately patched it.
