the gms don't even use the gm set, so it doesn't really matter imo.

GM set was NEVER lvl 1 stats. It had lvl 48 (or 58) stats in BOTS.

It should be banned, because it has Elek +7 variety of stats. TD Arms (or RA), Evade Head, TA body.
