in gen five they made it so u can earn evs even when u reach lvl 100 because stats are recalculated after every battle

All you have to do is fight a level 2 Zigzagoon on Route 101 for 1 Speed EV, 2 if you use a Macho Brace. You can easily kill 252 Zigzagoons at level 99 without leveling. >.>

If all you do is use rare candies to level your pokemon up, you'll have limited EV & IV experience for that particular pokemon.

uh if its that easy to get an EV to begin with then why does the argument even come up?

Cuz you know, my argument isn't based on the whole concept of it at all. Rather the stats a pokemon gains through leveling. and not the hidden stats like IV's.

And if that's the case then someone could just max out their EV's at a lower level and use rare candies to 100 right?
