I haven't seen a Jinx solo baron yet so does she need like 20 kills to be strong enough or would 7 kills with average 20 min cs be enough?

Tried it now and with
3 kills on the same enemy
1 drag
4 towers
300 cs

I was able to bring it down to about 2400 hp.

EDIT: tried it again but this time finished pd where as before I was missing the cheapest item, this time got him to 6400 hp, it's a bit rng cause it depends on whether or not he does the attack where acid rains down.
