I think, in a way, its kind of our RIGHT to be able to @Block people.

Most games have an ignore feature, this would benefit greatly.
So i can just block spammers so i dont get annoyed :/

Still think {nc} is a good idea, why not? Doesn't seem like it would hurt.

It may not SOLVE the situation, but i dont see how it could do the opposite, might as well just add another command. Lol right?
