What?! Thought the whole point of BOUND items was so people couldn't trade them across? Transferring them just makes it utterly pointless. If i knew they would be transferred i would of spammed accounts. Imo, it should stick to the account they got it on it stated clearly in description the prizes, no hidden agenda or as previous times stated Admin Favour! lol, but enough of that. Gz to the winners seeing though nearly everyone seems dissatisfied to say the least, either it be something not needed/no use or want it transferred cause they got double.

Just my thoughts/feedback.

falseprophet u can only transfer the item u got IF u already have one and its a duplicate. so spamming accounts wouldnt have accomplished anything. its just a way to make it so people who got a duplicate item can actually use their prize. i dont think its the big deal you're making it.
