Don't really know how the percents are working for the event but if its 30% for the room then teamwork isn't particularly favored as there is only 1 chest to drop at a time which means you have 30% divided by the number of people in the room.

I may adjust the percents next event if this one doesnt work out well, but according to the logs lots of people have collected 5 chests for sunday, so it should be working out pretty good
