All of those examples are extremely outdated and have been rectified otherwise on the forums. As I said to you in the PM's, they were all reprimanded for what they had posted. RWT trading is limited for players-to-players. Admins have sold items for real world currencies for one very simple reason: they own the server.

As a former Admin, and someone who understood the rules very thoroughly, I am telling you that it is not permitted.

Ignoring the fact that it is humorously  petty to think that someone would trade Gigas for a Runescape account, this is inappropriate and a clear breach of the rules. Not that you seem to ever have cared, Man, as you've always been one to ignore rules and policy.

But whatever floats your boat. If buying an OSRS acc gets you going, then so be it. Not going to beg you to be civil and respect the rules.

Could you maybe not use gigas and/or any zylon currency to buy an OSRS account? This constitutes as a 'real world trade', (you're using an in-game currency for real-world/non-zylon goods). It really isn't permitted.

GM Bunnii and I formally place our resignations and hereby withdraw from our duties as an Administrator and GM from ZG and associated games.

Needless to say, the past year has been rough. But nothing more so than the prior few months. The acts of crooks and petty individuals alike have caused more harm than good. To this, both Bunnii and I have come to regret the time spent attempting to hold all corners of this game and community together. We witnessed some terrible and blatant acts of in-sighted harm, to which we simply can no longer make a strong enough effort to defend against. To my team, you have been splendid; each of you have gone above and beyond. But even with such dedication, it was never going to be enough to fight this up-hill battle. We tried, and did so with an unrelenting determination. That's good enough for me. To those who stood with us; thank-you, we appreciated your stalwart support. To those who believe they've won; we are sure much will be revealed to you in time.

Unfortunately, unless there is a fix proposed, we feel we can no longer offer support nor any advice to those who seek it within Zylon Gaming. It is with heavy heart that this may well be a confident goodbye, but we hope dearly, that one of you will step up to and heed of the problems at large.

There are solutions to this out there - it is simply a matter of standing up for what is right, not what what has been criminally accepted as the norm.

You're assuming facts. Caspian gathered the screenshots, not took them. He is one of the only Bots GM of the team currently.

It seems very out of place to question how we'd gather the screenshots otherwise.

That is completely besides the point, and is another issue entirely that will be handled appropriately. I have stated clearly now, and on various occasions, that this has to do with your actions after we had a talk. This isn't punishment for anything done before the first discussions.

You consciously chose to ignore the agreements we had after we spoke. We warned that should you continue, there would be a due course action. I also want to point out that Caspian had access to my wings at any time he wanted (as do all active staff), and that he was prevented from accessing your wings for a time frame of nearly a month, in which you persistently ignored our warnings. That in and of it self, is an issue.

Need not I point the times you have also asked us to unban your accounts for getting banned after using the wings slightly too quickly in sectors. You have an item that effectively lets you cheat, and when you misuse it, i.e. through quick enough runs of a sector that you get auto-banned, I see it as poetic justice, but nothing further. This seems contradictory in your practice to say the least.

I believe I have mentioned clearly, and with due diligence that Caspian halted any and all actions regarding wings, and immediately after I (not he) recognized the greater problem of the wings. Of which was quite frankly a few months, as this was a decision we did not make lightly. You are scapegoating Caspian for a punishment that has very little do to with him, other than himself being the unfortunate GM involved in Bots. You were given a punishment to warnings we foretold at least a month and a half in advanced.

I admit to responding to this whole problem later than I should have, but I assumed that all parties involved could have been more mature about it, and played with a fairer mind-set. I was sadly mistaken for having such an optimistic approach and will not make the same mistake in the future.

All of this happened before both the agreement was in place and the issue with around the misuse of wings had arisen. I was, and still am, aware of what has happened surrounding/with the wings. Cas has shown no frustration in this. It is in fact Caspian that has been the most lenient thus far.

There were a number of players at the start of all this, raising concern about certain guilds gaining significantly large leaps in guild-points, prompting us to see what was happening and why the gaps were occurring.

You were given more than eight fair warnings that using these wings to gain guild-points or power level players was an unfair advantage. You were given permission directly from me to use the wings in-game, provided you were alone. You blatantly ignored this agreement, and we forewarned there would be further consequences if you were caught again. Repeatedly, we gave only verbal warnings/concerns.

People are the first to complain that this game has limited play-time and content, yet they get power-leveled to 100. This is contradictory in methodology at best.

I tried communicating with you on skype after the incident; telling you what was happening, stating clearly that if you started to act more moderately you could regain access. You chose to block me in a fit of rage, later notifying me that you "didn't get anything because u were blocked". At such point your intent on dismissing any conversation between us was evident.

GM Caspian has not been using wings from the first instance you and I had a talk. No one since, except you and the other Korean player's to whom you've given account access to, have been abusing the wings.

GM Caspian asked, and then I asked multiple times, for you to please take better consideration when using the wings. You persisted on your course of action, and our requests fell on deaf ears. We took the action we gave ample warning for.

We are happy to provide screenshots of near-full, and full rooms of players leeching from the related accounts using the wings in breach of our agreement.
