I've been briefed that aln used hiddenware to quickly complete levels.
That means that aln did not glitch, aln in fact hacked, which for all intensive purposes means to modify the game values (including the files), with or without an external program.
A normal hiddenware does not come under rule 3 (glitching), but rule 11 (hiddenwaring), however since it was used for the purpose of clearing a level, it comes under the same rule as hacking. Which results in a permanent ban.

I'm locking this for now, a final decision will be made when max contacts me about the case. It's highly unlikely aln will be unbanned if there's a single piece of evidence he hiddenwared for map advantage.



Edit: as it's in feedback/rants I'll keep it unlocked as a rant thread, but the decision is final following a discussion with max.

I wouldn't even call it glitching.
You're changing game files to give yourself a direct advantage over other players.
Hacking is 3rd party software giving you a direct advantage over other players.
Fileswapping should be considered the same as hacking imo.
If I know the situation correctly, I would compare Hiddenware to Hacking personally.

Basically 100% what I think about it, so we agree on that.

I Agree With Aln. im sry max but i think it is personally.
it doesnt matter if the glitch he done is "almost" hacking, cuz its not hacking.
in the rules, glitching is 3days, and it doesnt matter wut glitch it is, or wut it does.
he doesnt used any program, well its glitching and not hacking.
I Think that because aln was in Utopia , and max was very angry that he had a glithcer in his guild, he got perm banned.
i heard that his alt banned too.
if he glitched in his alt well I Agree with max(reapting), but i didnt saw any proofs or topic about his alt Glitching.

Since when is there a definite rule on how long a ban a glitcher should receive?
His alt, JusticePower, was banned, not even for glitching, he used it to multiclient, hence the temporary ban. (not sure why you would even mention this)
Next time you post in a topic like this, please check your facts or do at least a little research, because if you have no clue what's going on, you're better off asking or not replying.

my point is that alot of ppl are glitched and got 3days banned , and only because its aln they make it a big deal, thats all.

Let me be clear one more time and explain to you a difference in glitching:
Glitch 1 (Innocent/Cool):
You play PvP, and glitch with uppercut into a corner, so nobody can hit you, leaving your opponent clueless and having to suicide to get out of the room = you win by glitching.

Glitch 2 (Innocent/Cool):
You play raid 235, and when you spawn with 8 players, 7 of them glitch up in the sky instantly, all together.
The one that remains clears a few monsters before others jump down and help, this respectively is a glitch because those 7 players are temporarily removed off the map = impossible to die = unfair = illegal.
IMPORTANT: This is allowed, ONLY, in Raid 235, if you do this anywhere else you'll end up with a 3 day  ban.

Glitch 3 (Gamebreaking/Not Cool):
You change files, which make it so no enemies are alive, and there is only a boss to push off.
This one looks a lot like hacking, no?

I earn ban,not perm tho,and after this I didn't say I glitched 3 games like Max said,I didn't say I glitched millions of exp tho,and I think Max took it personally becouse there are alot many more ppl that doing exactly what I did,won't mention them becouse I'm sure Max know almost all of them.

I think you have a lot of nerve Aln.
You are well aware of what you did, 1 game or 1000 games, yet you continue to voice how innocent you are and how unfair the ban is, when it's more than normal for hackers to get a permanent ban.

Also, I don't care one bit about you knowing hackers and glitchers.
You ALWAYS come to me and say "hey, i know 5 hackers by name", at which point I think "great, who are they?", at which point you ALWAYS go "Oh I'll tell you if you do this for me.."

This isn't how it works, regardless of how you think it works.
It should be a given that players report hackers, which everyone does, and not be expecting something in return like you.
If you know a lot of people abusing things that got you permanently banned, and you fight so hard to be unbanned, why wouldn't you help us out and give us that big list of names, it might contribute to your situation you know.

No.
WE will tell YOU why, since WE are staff, and WE make up the rules for cheats like YOU.

Actually hacking is permanently bannable because of the advantage it gives you and nothing more.
Dupe glitches and other gamebreaking bug abuse will always net you lengthy bans in every game out there.

Like max or you said ppl from Prestige that got banned havent been checked but they are perm banned.

Careful now, you're putting words in my mouth that I never said.
I told you I did not know of any logs being checked for Prestige members, this is not the same as what you claim I said.
They got permanently banned because they hacked.
One member had hacked over 150mil exp within 2 months. (yeah, that's worth a perm ban in my opinion)

From just a report you can't see how many games I did glitched or not and I think my ban should've been started after logs checked ,so like this ill just stay the duration that i earn not alot more,saying this in case if my ban isnt perm.

First off, you're correct, it doesn't show, which is why I requested a log check instantly.
Secondly, the moment I knew for 100% that you hacked, I banned you.
Why? Becase I know checking logs isn't done in 10 minutes, and I refuse to grant you access to your account, which has valuable items on it to transfer to alts.

Just remember that it's Hiddenware and not a 'specific type of glitch' and that you also accused Max of being bias when you didn't know about the situation. You may feel like he attacked you but this whole thread was more of an attack at Max over a defence for Aln. But es all guuud.
