@Matt: the black list works as personal historic. For exemple, you got warned because you flamed someone. You got warned, time passed and we removed your green dot. If you do it again, we can moderate, or mute, or maybe ban... it will deppends of the case. Maybe it's a little harsh but it will help. People won't get in trouble that much anymore.

ok thanks zero i read it, seems pretty interesting. It shouldnt effect me that much anyway so as long as it prevents people from breaking rules its a good thing i suppose
